ANZOLA is a Toronto based Venezuelan-born recording artist and multi-instrumentalist, whose loop-based neo-psychedelic music incorporates elements of Instrumental Hip Hop, Electronic, Jazz, and Latin genres. Utilizing samplers, classic synths, drum machines, and live instrumentation, Anzola’s sound is groove-heavy and often depicts a laid-back landscape.
Since immigrating to Canada from Venezuela in 2009, Anzola has been actively releasing music and establishing himself within Toronto's vibrant music scene.
In 2024 Anzola released Typical EP on Potions Music NYC. This EP pours up 4 deep thumping and uplifting body movers that dreamily drip through your ear lobes and down through your toes.
Anzola is a one man band keyboardist/sampler/producer using a multitude of tools to create his own unique soulful sound, and we are pleased as punch to be pouring up some Potions from this king of the keys.
