Aoi Yamazaki

1993年生まれ。北海道出身のシンガーソングライター、作詞・作曲 家。 心の繊細な部分を歌うセンチメンタルで共感性の高い歌詞や日常に 澄み渡る爽やかなサウンドが魅力。 YUIに影響を受けギターを弾きながら歌うことを始め、慶応義塾大 学在学中の2012年、当時18歳でアルバム「ツナガル」でデビュ ー。2014年にはアニメ「団地ともお」のエンディング主題歌「ふた りで歩けば」を担当。
近年は作詞家・作曲家としても高い評価を受け、更なる活動の幅を 広げる。Juice=Juiceの「『ひとりで生きられそう』って それって ねえ、褒めているの?」、アンジュルムの「Uraha=Lover」などハ ロー!プロジェクトのアーティストの楽曲を手掛けた。
自身の誕生日である今年8月28日、これまでの”山崎あおい”の殻を破 りアーティストとしての新たな姿を見せる「Update」、自身の過去 曲を弾き語りでセルフカバーする「Unplugged days」の2枚を同時 リリース。 デビュー12年を超えても尚、アーティスト・作家としてUpdateし続ける。

Born in 1993, Aoi Yamazaki is a singer-songwriter and lyricist- composer from Hokkaido, Japan.
While studying at Keio University, she debuted at the age of 18 in 2012 with the album "Tsunagaru." In 2014, she contributed the ending theme song "Futari de Arukeba" for the anime "Danchi Tomoo.“
Her music is known for its sentimental and empathetic lyrics that touch on delicate emotions, complemented by refreshing sounds that resonate with everyday life.
In recent years, she has also received high praise as a lyricist and composer, expanding her range of activities. She worked on “ 「ひとりで生きられそうって それってねえ、褒めているの?" for Juice=Juice, and she provided " Uraha=Lover " for ANGERME, both of which are part of the Hello! Project.
On her birthday this year, August 28th, she will release two new albums simultaneously: "Update," which showcases a new side of Aoi Yamazaki as an artist, breaking out of her previous mold, and "Unplugged days," where she self-covers her past songs in an acoustic style.
