Apollo Eleven

Formed in Laredo, TX, by R.J. Benavides and Patricio Riddle, our five-piece indie alternative band began as a one-time performance at a local talent show, but quickly grew into an integral part of the Laredo music scene. Led by frontman/vocalist Leo Colchado, and the band's dynamic sound is fueled by the talents of lead guitarist Chris Canales, rhythm guitarist Patricio Riddle, bassist R.J. Benavides, and drummer Jojo Alvarado.

Our music is characterized by heartfelt lyrics written by Leo, Chris and R.J. paired with saccharine melodies composed by all members, capturing genuine emotion and relatable stories. Drawing inspiration from bands like Last Dinosaurs, HUNNY, and Wallows, we blend catchy hooks with an authentic indie vibe that resonates with a diverse audience.

Over time, we've developed a dedicated following and continue to create music that reflects our passion and roots. Whether performing live or recording in the studio, our goal is to connect through music that's both emotionally sincere and sonically engaging, making us a unique voice in the Laredo music scene and beyond.
