Hailing from South Wales, Argy X is a DJ and producer who has spent nearly two decades
refining a sound built on precision, intensity, and individuality.
Formerly known as Argy UK, the evolution into Argy X marks a sharper, more defined era
one that amplifies his technical identity and uncompromising approach to performance.
Influenced by cross-genre pioneers and turntablist legends, Argy X blends elite-level
technical ability with raw dancefloor energy. His signature style explosive mash-ups,
exclusive edits, tight looping, trance-infused textures, and calculated effects work has
earned him the nickname “The Welsh Wizard.”
After early recognition from BBC Radio 1’s In New DJs We Trust, Argy carved out his place
in the UK techno and harder dance circuit, later extending his reach to major European
stages including Tomorrowland, Defqon.1, Fabrik Madrid, and the Ziggo Dome with
Gearbox.
But Argy X is not built on past milestones.
The “X” represents expansion.
