Formed in Toronto in 1998 by pianist Andrew Burashko, Art of Time Ensemble is a music collective comprised of many of the top Canadian-based classical, jazz and pop musicians. For the last 25 years, the ensemble has been exploring the points of intersection between different styles of music and different performing art forms as well as literature and film. The list of artists who have collaborated with the ensemble includes the who's who of the Canadian arts scene as well as internationally renowned artists such as Branford Marsalis, Madeleine Peyroux, Gavin Bryars and Guinga. Art of Time has toured extensively throughout North America and Europe and have released eight commercial recordings to date.
