As They Rise

As They Rise is a Metalcore/Djent/Nu-Metal formation established in Slovakia.

The whole story of the band started in 2016. We’ve played at many local-based shows and festivals in Slovakia. Later, in 2019, a full-length album, “REBORN” was introduced and aired. The band has been a part of a few well-known open-air music festivals in the Czech Republic, and has also won a local contest in Slovakia. However, a very new chapter has begun. The band, full of new energy and support from the outside world, has released a new single called “Disconnection” in 2021, which can definitely be seen as a herald of a new direction for the band.

Latest EP "Echoes" (2024) is the result of a 3 year long progress. It was by trial and error, trying new things and also various roster changes that ATR finally found their new sound and reignited the passion for music they always had. On new EP "Echoes", each song is different, with unique vibe, while also preserving newfound sound in each track, it is a unique take on progressive metalcore/djent, with modern sound, elements of classical, and electronic music, raw deep growls and complementing melodic screams.
