Asfandyar Khan is a musician currently based in Karachi, Pakistan. Inspired by the likes of Matthew Robert Cooper, Stars of the Lid, and Tim Hecker, his music consists of both guitar-driven experimentations of sound as well as tape-loop based deconstructions of memory and audio. His music builds itself around the marriage of organic, yet decaying, sounds, forming distant yet familiar soundscapes that lead themselves to gorgeous build-ups and intense crescendos.
