The easiest way to describe the Los Angeles born and raised artist Ash Riser's music, is to simply say, he's never doing what you would expect. Over the past 10 years he has been experimenting with different sounds and genres. From his humble beginnings in PISTOL PISTOL, to having worked along side some of the biggest names in rap, chances are you've heard his voice on Kendrick Lamar tracks like “Ronald Reagan era”, “Keisha’s song” “determined” and “barbed wire” (just to name a few)
 
In 2016, he flooded the net with content, releasing 3 EP's which inlcuded “Modern Medicine” "HOME", and “LATE PRAISE” along with countless singles, including collaborations with Fredo Santana, ab-soul, and more. His work on Kendrick Lamar's "To Pimp A Butterfly" gained him a Grammy for his contribution on the rap album of the year.
 
Riser’s critically acclaimed debut album "GHOSTS" was independently released july 7th 2017, since then he has released a string of singles, and is planning on a solid come back after a two year hiatus in 2020.
