Atomic Peat is a power trio from Osnabrück / Germany. They released their debut album Octophobia in 2016. (New Album will be released very soon) In their dense and punchy sound, they often flirt with the fuzz, but it is not a constant companion in their songs.
Stoner rock? That would be too easy, but Atomic Peat don't make it that easy - the musical preferences and influences of the three band members are too diverse to stick it into a box. Here, stoner rock collides with catchy hooks, grooving thick and sick riffs with a pinch of metal. Once you've heard one or two songs, you'll be very surprised at what awaits you by song three, four, five....
