Augie Kelliher, an 19-year-old artist based in Philadelphia, goes to Drexel University and studies music industry/production.
Starting out on piano, learning from his mother when he was 6 years old, starting to create little melodies that would stick in his head. By age 8, he started recording himself singing on his parent's computer using Garageband. He started writing songs and continued to record them, hoping to one day be a successful singer-songwriter. After Augie learned that he wasn't good at singing, he got into making rap beats on his computer using logic pro x. He soon got bored of making loops and heard music by Martin Garrix and Avicii. Hoping to one day be able to be like them, switching over to making EDM music in FL Studio.
Now, not wanting to work in just one genre, Augie Kelliher continues to make genre mixes between genres such as Pop, folk, and some unreleased blues music. Working with artists such as Jacob Mathews, the folk singer-songwriter also based out of Philly. Augie hopes to continue to release music throughout 2022.
