AXA, real name Serkan Davarci, was born on the 5th of September 1996 in Spijkenisse, The Netherlands. At the age of 14, he discovered his passion for music and started spinning with urban, house and Latin-house tracks. Soon he also discovered his talent for ‘progressive house’.
AXA won multiple DJ contests using his former alias ‘DJ Ssential’. He grew up in clubs, spinning with famous DJ’s such as Yellow Claw, Burak Yeter and DJ Jean, which made quite an impact on his career. After years of performing, he decided it was time to start producing his own music.
In January 2019 the journey began when he signed a management contract at Temazo Music Group. In March AXA released his very first track called ‘Check This!’ in collaboration with Block & Crown. The single was released on ‘Zulu Records’ and hit #12 on the Beatport top 100 ‘Best New Funky Groove Jackin’s house’.
His debut single was followed by a second collaboration with Block & Crown called ‘Ready Or Not’. This track was released in April and became his first release on Spinnin’ Records.
