Based out of Seattle, WA, Bad Saint is the brain child of Tess Freedel. These are songs for the car, the shower, for buying leather jackets online and praying they fit. Lush harmonies, crunchy guitars, and catchy melodies that sound best heading south on I-5 at 70 mph on a Tuesday in March.

After playing in a million and one local bands, sometime during 2017, Freedel needed an outlet for her own writing. Bad Saint’s authoritative lyrics over instrumentals influenced by the Bouncing Souls, Elvis Costello, Blondie, Boney M, and the Beatles create a modern punk sound with a little extra bite.
When not behind a guitar, Freedel writes the “Bad Saint Confessional” weekly at Alt Revue where she complains about the existence of Morrissey and talks shit about Pearl Jam.
