Baethoven

A true byproduct of New York City’s melting pot culture, this Blasian multi-genre, multi-instrumentalist’s performances and humble origins showcase that unique blend. From busking subway cars to Lincoln Center, with several million international streams of her band Circadian Clock’s music (including over 1.5 million for their single ‘Summer’ featured on Spotify’s Discover Weekly) and a recent feature with Taimane on NPR’s Tiny Desk, Baethoven’s bombastic, humorous and technical playing has entertained audiences across the country.
She has been featured by Afropunk, iHeartradio, BRIC and Buzz Music, doing everything from Classical, Country, Rock, World, Jazz and Hip Hop. She’s worked with Fat Joe, Ezra Miller, Foxy Brown, Taimane, and Sean Gill (Britney Spears, Madonna). When she’s not performing music, she’s producing (having managed recording studios in NY for a decade), doing improv and sketch comedy (being a graduate of the UCB Theater and the indie comedy darling ‘The Chris Gethard Show’), or doing Muay Thai and boxing, so one day she can do cool kicks and flips and stuff. It’s a wild ride - but that’s just her speed.
