Racking up the air miles as an international festival regular over the last decade and dominating the airwaves as one half of Electronic Music Duo: Dirty Dubsters, since 2019 (year) Bazza Ranks has been a firm fixture and trail blazer on the Hong Kong music scene. Drawing from his tenures in the UK and Ireland where he played festivals like Boomtown Fair, Shambhala, Body & Soul, Electric Picnic, Beats4Love, Uprising Reggae Festival, Festival De Nuits D'Afrique and Isle of Wight, he is the embodiment of the musical best of East meets West. His label, Spice Bag Records, pushing the musical envelope colliding the best of House and Garage influences from the world over.
Between releasing albums (Fire it Up, Special Request) with some stellar vocalists (Mr Williamz, General Levy, Top Cat, Burro Banton, Screechy Dan, Mystro) Bazza Ranks has occupied slots on BBC Radio1, BBC Radio 1 Xtra, BBC Radio 6, RTE Pulse with regular appearances on legendary pirate station Kool FM. Not shy of gracing the pages of industry standard Mixmag & DJ magazines in recent years.
