Beauts

Beauts is an indie-rock band from Halifax. Combining heartfelt songwriting with soaring melodies and intricate percussion, Beauts is music for contemplating, yearning, and occasionally dancing. In the past decade the band has released a smattering of EPs, LPs, and singles, including beauts (2015), Waves/Wash (2016), and 2020’s award winning album Dalliance. In the fall of 2025 Beauts will release its long-awaited followup to Dalliance—an expansive, emotive collection of songs called Marigolds that explores new sonic textures and tonal experiments.
