Just below the roof of an old building is a small dorm room. It is evening and dark outside. The dim light of the national hospital in Copenhagen blends in with the lamp on the writing desk, illuminating the scattered papers and chemistry books. In the corner is a piano. The same piano I got as a child when I started playing and has been with me ever since. There, I could take a break from the world around me. It was this way many of the pieces came to be and perhaps one you are listening to. On my birthday as a gift my sweet girlfriend booked me a session for my recording my music and that is basically how it all started. I hope these pieces will accompany you well. Benjamin
