Benny Duhay

Benny Duhay was born in Tel Aviv and raised in Los Angeles. Calling Los Angeles home since he was nine years old, Benny proudly represents the city of Angels while always keeping his birthplace in his heart. Growing up an only child in the big city Benny had a hard time fitting in. A first generation immigrant who did not speak a word of English prior to moving to Los Angeles, Benny picked up the language rather quickly. Writing poetry at a young age and developing as a songwriter Benny realized his love for music; specifically Hip-Hop. Spending most of his high school years listening to Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Eminem and Drake, Benny started to record songs and develop his own style. Throughout college, Benny recorded music and performed all around California all while being a full time student and division-1 track and field athlete. Following his college graduation, Benny took some time away from music to recalibrate and reassess. The time away has generated a new perspective for Benny who is poised to make a lot of noise for years to come.
