Bent Rushmore, an Estonian artist, delves deep into the realms of blues and electronic music. His roots trace back to an era when Estonia, under the Soviet Union, clandestinely embraced Western music. Bent's father, a taxi driver, would secretly smuggle vinyl records, copying them to cassettes for the local enthusiasts, inadvertently sparking Bent's diverse musical love.
By 2005, Bent picked up the guitar and co-founded "Köömes," which has since grown into a robust six-member band with four studio albums. Besides his collaborative efforts with Köömes, Bent embarked on a solo journey, launching "Soi Dog" in 2017. In 2018, he embraced electronic music, leading to the meditative "Steps to Calmness" album in 2019.
Today, Bent continues to craft tunes, with new projects in both blues and electronic music on the horizon.
