Creating big waves in the modern electro house movement comes rising DJ/producer Bentley Dean. Born in England, Bentley Dean now calls electronic music hub Chicago home, as he begins to show the world what he’s all about. First receiving support from dance music icon deadmau5, Bentley Dean released an official remix for BlackGummy on mau5trap in 2017. The Chicago-based producer returned to the deadmau5 imprint shortly after on their acclaimed annual compilation series ‘we are friends’ in 2018 with “Coagulation”, his debut original release on the label; more recently, Bentley Dean made another appearance on the compilation series the following year with “1348”. Garnering inspiration from electro magnates like The M Machine and Wolfgang Gartner, mixed with elements from genres outside the electronic realm such as Killswitch Engage and Monolord, Bentley Dean’s hard-hitting, synth-powered sounds deliver a new age appeal to a classic style. His debut EP ‘Inside my Mind’ with mau5trap was released in June 2020 that topped the Beatport Electro House Release Charts. The EP featured a heavy vocal track with singer Tori Letzler that further defined the darker sound that is becoming associated with his music. Following several successful releases, Bentley Dean has since landed tour support gigs for deadmau5 and No Mana. While also playing supporting shows for many others like Rezz, Feed Me, Wolfgang Gartner, Pryda, Joyryde, Habstrakt, Malaa, and more.
