Bienvenue BETON! A hot new act making his mark straight out of the block.
Little is known about him besides the fact he’s from Belgium, he’s clearly a graduate of the Hardfloor school of knocks, he’s invested in some serious analogue gear & knows his way around a kick-ass groove!
In 2017, BETON presented his debut release on Pets Records, with tracks "Bruxelles' & 'Voice 64' Showcasing his raw sound, it was a concentrated piece of frank, honest techno, immediately catching the attention of leading figures in the scene.
His latest project saw the launch of his own label TREK U PLAN, which also has a vinyl imprint. The debut release is the double header "Balloon / Juegd", the latter being a collaboration with fellow Belgian Stealdrum, with an immense remix from Schmutz.
BETON's most recent release with Tiga on Turbo Records has kicked off 2018 in style. A double header EP featuring tracks 'Directions / Keep Breathin' featuring DJ Deeon has had already picked up major support with Tiga himself describing it as "The best record i've heard in 5 years."
Eric Prydz loved it so much he chose to do a remix under his Cirez D moniker, out now on Twin Turbo.
