Beyond Damaged is a metal band rising out of Saskatchewan, Canada. Formed in early 2024 by Brasen “Zigmond” Sutherland (lead guitar, lead vocals) and Brent “Rhythm Roy” Roy (rhythm guitar, lead vocals), we deliver a brutal yet melodic blend of thrash, metalcore, and heavy rock. Inspired by Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, Alexisonfire, and Alice In Chains, our sound fuses aggression with emotion—diving deep into themes of struggle, rage, and redemption.
After kicking things off with our debut single “IN THE WAKE…”, we followed it up with “TREAD THROUGH MUD” on May 30th—a heavy, emotionally charged track about battling depression and feeling stuck in a world that keeps pulling you down.
