BIA’s bars are powered by her hard-won self-assurance. The Boston area-bred multi-platinum international star has hustled for years to create her own brand of narratively rich and emotionally emphatic music. Signed to Epic Records in 2020, BIA, born Bianca Landrau, has been the epitome of character and artist development since her breakout year in 2021, and has grown into one of the most versatile acts in Hip Hop with a combination of cohesive projects and smash hits. Her 2021 collaboration with Nicki Minaj, “Whole Lotta Money,” earned BIA the first Billboard Hot 100 Top 20 and multi-platinum hit of her career, and she’s been a mainstay on the U.S. Rhythmic and R&B/Hip Hop charts since, notching several placements for collaborations with G Herbo, J. Cole and Timbaland.
