Big Doggy is a pioneer Sri Lankan Rap Artist who has been entertaining the SL Hip Hop industry over the last 02 decades. in the same era , he has set many trends, influenced many National Artists who are well established in the scope of Rap Music currently. “Selfie rap” & “Was Kavi online rap challenge” are some of his top-notch creations what he has contributed to the Sri Lankan Hip Hop arena. During his career, He has collaborated with many top artists such as Iraj, Randhir, Chinthy, Costa, and multi-platinum, award-winning Denmark Rap producer “Livid’.
He has released his debut solo album as an independent artist under the alias of ‘’ Sthuthi’’ in the year 2020. That album hit the number one on Apple music charts and the YouTube trending track “Muthu Muthu” was air played on BBC Asian network too. Currently, he has formed his own record label as “Hip-Hop Wattuwa” and he is planning to release his 02nd studio album through the same label will be his inaugural creation of the company.
