A rapper, producer, vocalist, and beat-maker hailing from the hill capital, Kandy, Sri Lanka, Costa (God Made This Beat) has turned into more or less a household name with the Sinhala & English Hip Hop/Rap Music community in Sri Lanka.
Bringing in a new sound to the island via his baritone voice, nostalgic samples, hard-hitting beats, and catchy vocal melodies, he's managed to sink into the hearts of Sri Lankan listeners both local and overseas with ease. Simple, yet complex music videos shot in both Finland and Sri Lanka, he has attracted the eye of many that despised the genre and turned heads of thousands to enjoy a much more experimental and even dignified form of Sinhala Hip Hop/Rap Music.
