Binerica is a project by a music hobbyist who learned digital music production at the time when the pandemic hit. Since then, he has been religiously sitting in front of his computer, producing music from his bedroom. The band’s name was inspired by a machine language that is used by almost all computer-based devices, the binary code. It also represents how the music was produced; within a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), in a single computer, with dozens of virtual instruments, carrying billions of binary instruction. Currently Binerica is working on the next album.
