The birds don’t sing, they screech in pain! A wild ride through fuzz-drenched soundscapes: with „Dreams Lie In The Eagle’s Eye“ the Swiss trio BIRDLORD are releasing their debut album via the label Argonauta Records (IT). Eight tracks ranging from driving grooves and psychedelic passages to heavy guitar riffs – at times dark and unsettling, at times dreamy, at times loud, and always uncompromising. English and Spanish lyrics alternate with purely instrumental pieces, adding further facettes. An album exploring the truth of hope in every small detail, the strenght not to give up on the world or oneself.
Founded in Bern in 2023 by L. Lord and G. Giacomelli, BRDLRD released their first EP „Snake Charmer“ in 2024 and the second part of it „Serpents Prayer“ in 2025. The DLITEE album (25.9.26) heralds a new era, one in which GLK demonstrate that they have grown not only as individual musicians but also as a band.
