The school founded by rock'n'roll patrons Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Cream and Jimi Hendrix
maintains its 21st century loyal followers well represented by the Brazilian quintet Blackdust.
Formed in January 2016, the band released in the same year their first album of the same
name with eight tracks that leave no doubt about the musical tradition they decided to tread.

The band is made up of musicians who knew each other from other musical projects:
Gustavo Macedo leads the band's vocals with visceral melodic lines and striking
performances; Arthur Avelino (Thorius) and Jonathan Gonçalves (John) take over the
group's riffs and sharps soloing factory; and last but not least, the striking and precise
bass is dominated by Sergio Igarashi and the drums by Lucas Jäger, with his intense
beats and energy.
