Bliss are a 3 piece from Colchester that entered the local music scene in the summer of 2024. After meeting in the same music tech course, Dan Powers (drums), Stanley Bennett (guitar) and Alex Walder (bass, vocals) began playing small gigs at pubs in the town.
Their first song, “Doomsday Clock” became a fan favourite during concerts, and was widely requested to be released professionally. In May 2025, the band headed to Hamford Studio in Harwich to make this a reality.
