Kingsley Edekor AKA Bobo Pee is a singer-songwriter who is invested in building on the legacy of Ghanaian Hiplife, Highlife and Afropop music with a Contemporary touch. He was born and raised in Cape Coast, Ghana, but now lives permanently in Copenhagen, Denmark. The artiste shares a unique storytelling form with rhythms selected from different cultures which is a meeting point between his home country and his new home, Denmark. This is also visible in his lyricism and video aesthetics, which makes his work a cutting edge aspect of the Danish music industry. His performance have been described as heartwarming, energetic and magnetic for crowds, both in Ghana and Denmark. Bobo Pee‘s music has transcended borders and genres and has gained him the nickname “Fante Specialist”.
