Bolywool were founded in Svarteberga on northern Öland in 1998 by cousins <a href="spotify:artist:48V70l6iggLg7S6nepkHMo" data-name="Oskar Karlström">Oskar Karlström</a> and Calle Thoor (<a href="spotify:artist:1TAbdtQvIwM9PaxOApAbxA" data-name="The Electric Sea Gospel">The Electric Sea Gospel</a>). Since then, locations and states of mind have shifted, but Öland has always been a constant.
