Swanky Skanky Fusion Funk Rock — originally fresh and groove-obsessed. From the valley of Utah’s Wasatch Front, BoomDrops are lifelong best friends who started jamming together in 2019. A brotherhood of creativity, their sound grew organically out of fungi-infused jam sessions: syncopated jazz chords, rap-tight punchlines, and dripping vocal harmonies all fused into a funky, raw, and unclassifiable energy.

Set back by Covid, job loss, addiction, heartbreak, and loss of loved ones, the band wasn’t buried — they rose. In 2024, they began gigging with an arsenal of originals, finally stepping forward to release their music. Their mission: to share their journey through the Gift of the Groove, inspiring others to think for themselves, believe in themselves, love with passion, and never take life for granted.
