Mainly influenced by the post-disco dance-club culture of the early '80s better known as house music, keyboardist/remixer/producer Bruce Aisher teamed up with Luke Brancaccio (born 1974) to start working on a progressive house project. Brancaccio & Aisher founded their own label called Player One and described themselves as forward-thinking dance music performers in reference to their unconventional style.
