During the 1980s, Brandi Ifgray led the group <a href="spotify:artist:1h4ufelVklz1P3lgYfPbnc">Shadowplay</a>, which alternated the sound of smoky jazz with alternative punk energy. By the '90s, Ifgray was working in electronica, and his debut album Le Mutant was produced by Finnish lounge impresario <a href="spotify:artist:69H6uUTI29XBzQXV1d3A7D">Jimi Tenor</a>.
