I’m an indie, folk-rock, singer-songwriter from Aotearoa / New Zealand.
I write songs because I need to express myself, and so I try to express my thoughts and emotions through music.
My 1st album ‘I Be Free’ is a collection / reflection of some of my journeys. Someone (I don’t know who?) once said songs are what feelings sound like, and I couldn't agree more.
It’s amazing how music, can bring humans together ...
I particularly wish to thank Andrew Burt (who discovered me) recorded and engineered this my debut album. A big heart-felt thank you, goes out also to all the musicians who helped create this album. And many thanks to Jacob Rush of Aucklands Big Pop Studios, who produced and mixed this album.
I draw inspiration from many sources, from many people and from many artists. I think you can hear that in my music.
