BRKN BLVD is the new solo project from New York based songwriter Brian Delaney and serves as a major milestone as he finally steps out from behind the scenes and into the spotlight as an artist in his own right. While he has spent most of the last 10+ years working in the music industry supporting other artists, he has continued to hone his skills as a writer, penning hundreds of songs, while learning the in's and out's of the independent sector, waiting for the right time to step out and show the world what he's been working on. That time is now.
With a focus on lyrics and aiming to write songs that connect on a human level with listeners, BRKN BLVD doesn't claim to be a mind-blowing vocalist, or a musical aficionado; instead, he allows emotion to lead the way, helping to keep the focus on his authenticity and making sure anyone who listens walks away feeling some type of way. Perhaps, it is his lack of training or the fact that he pulls more inspiration from his gut and soul than he does from his head and heart, that makes him stand out; bringing a gritty sound and unintentional swag that seems hard to deny.
