Known for their mix of raging punk lyrics and headbanging breakdowns, Broken Promises bring an explosion of cymbals and grungy tones to make a dent in punk culture. Although they are an emerging young band, they mix up original punk in a way no one has before, with two-minute frantic songs, filled with energy and furious lyrics. They have played alongside bands like Noah and the Loners, Kulk, Rad Pitt, Pet needs, and Shed.
The duo have spent two years working on their music to create a reflection of themselves, and have become one of the most exciting and interesting new bands in alt-punk. They have been seen playing Voodoo Daddies, The Portland Arms, Three Wise Monkeys, Strawberry Fair, B2 and Maui Waui Festival, as well as being seen on many radio stations such as New Noise and NMG Radio.
