Naturally from Belém do Pará, Bruna Cabral is a drummer/percussionist and composer living in Germany since 2017. She works and collaborates in various music projects, e.g. <a href="spotify:artist:63fq2tzMEYx1UfzhKID3ec" data-name="Martin Müller">Martin Müller</a> & The Brazilian Trio, <a href="spotify:artist:3XUhGmB6CEHcUv2CUUmNw4" data-name="Maxwell Oliveira">Maxwell Oliveira</a>, Frappier, <a href="spotify:artist:3fWDTxR4py978SSZV2IyJu" data-name="Davi Valois">Davi Valois</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:0YfCfLGoNdmBaFdxLarzL2" data-name="Isaac Magalhães">Isaac Magalhães</a>. She covers a wide range of different genres, e.g. Brazilian/Latin American music, jazz, R&B, pop, experimental, classical.
She collaborates with many artists also in the fields of theater, dance and performance music. Highlights for the projects "AERO" (2019), physical theater piece by Lucy Flournoy and "NINA" (2020), a film by Damian Popp; for which she has composed and recorded the original soundtrack.
She holds an artistic bachelor's degree in percussion from the Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA) in Brazil and a master's degree in "Professional Performance - Percussion" from the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, Germany.
