London rapper C. Biz, born David Osadebay, emerged from the underground with his track "The Game's Mine" in 2016. That same year, the grime artist was arrested and charged with murder, but was acquitted of the crime in 2017, and he later released the song "Fresh Out" in response to that experience. In October 2017, he put out the The Game's Mine, a 13-track mixtape that featured guest spots from Trapz and Yxng Bane, and a number of previously released tracks. Shortly afterward, C. Biz released his second mixtape of the year, Free H, that included appearances from Skepta and Kojo Funds, and was largely produced and engineered by 6IXVI. ~ Bekki Bemrose, Rovi
