C Cane

C Cane is a Congolese, London based artist and songwriter who has built a note-worthy profile in the UK music scene. C Cane’s music career was frowned upon by her family. Secretly, from a young age, C Cane would find secluded places to practice her craft and taught herself to play instruments including the guitar, bass, piano, violin and flute and formed an unmatched bond with the ability to truthfully express her thoughts & feelings through music.Previously, she has performed at major festivals including Wireless, Parklife, Detonate, Eldorado and Ends Festival, which landed her an exclusive feature in Wonderland magazine.

C Cane has performed and featured across various national radio stations including BBC Radio 1, BBC 1xtra and BBC Sounds as an artist, presenter and voiceover artist. Every Thursday 11-1pm, C Cane hosts a regular radio show on Reprezent Radio 107.3FM and has worked with Spotify, Beats 1 and featured on various advertisements for everyone’s favourite fried chicken brand, KFC. Her infectious, welcoming character caught the attention of UK productions leading her to feature in the award nominated BBC Three show ‘Galdem Sugar’, a documentary alongside Idris Elba for BBC Three, live on BBC Breakfast and also a feature on Tony Visconti’s ‘Unsigned Stars’ for Sky Arts alongside Stewart Copeland from ‘Sting’.
C Cane has been awarded Best Female Artist at The Best Of Congo Awards 2018 and Best Female Act at The Congo Entertainment Awards 2021
