C-Locs is a San Jose Artist who’s been recording music since 1994 an inspiring rap Artist Who bases his lyrics on the reality and struggle of growing up in the ghetto. He was born and raise in a project complex known as Monte Alban A rough and dangerous section in East San Jose where gang violence, gun shots and police siren’s were a common thing. Painting visions through poetry and music on how life can be rough in the streets of San Jose and inspiring to change ways for the positive and betterment of the people.
