‘CALL TO THE VOID'
In early 2023 the band entered Bonafide Studio in London for their first recording session with studio owner & sound engineer Brian Bogdanovic.
With each member musically influenced from different angles & eras, the self-produced debut single 'UNCONTROLLABLE' boasts a seductive tale of temptation and a modernized nod to the 1980's. A punchy & poetic collision of hypnotic vocals, upbeat riffs and a unique British garage rock sound which delivers a catchy hook laden ear-worm for the dance-floor and beyond.
A galvanizing start to 2024 from South London’s CTTV. The band’s track 'BLOW' is deeply rhythmic Hard Rock Noir with shades of The Cult, Black Sabbath, Phil Anselmo and Jim Morrison. Their darkest, most visceral sound to-date. A playful and provocative tale of inner conflict and hedonism.
The explosive new single, Viper’s Venom is a vastly engulfing cut that illustrates the band’s songwriting guile and deft ability to deliver a killer hook! It addresses the concept of time and a fear of death. It’s a dark, haunting and emotional journey.
CTTV is fronted by Jack Osborne on vocals, John Mc Glade on Guitar, John Settle on Bass and welcomes latest addition Glen Bartholomew on Drums.
“Melodic magic is born of nostalgic and novel influences, channeling the energy and angst of 90s grunge through a modern sensibility. CTTV are making music for today from the detritus of yesterday….like a scene from 1992, all flannel, ripped jeans, and rebellion.” -
