Calla is a singer/songwriter and pop artist on the rise. Born and raised in Houston, Calla has spent her life on stage centered around music. Whether singing on Gwen Stefani’s team on season 24 of NBC’s The Voice, headlining shows around Houston, or performing on dance teams as a world champion hip-hop dancer, her love of music has been a strong influence her entire life.
In 2024, Calla signed her first publishing deal with Made In Memphis Entertainment. In addition to being an artist, Calla is also a multi-genre songwriter. Writing alongside Grammy-nominated/award winning producers and songwriters, she continues to expand her talent and love for creating music. In December 2024, Calla was a featured songwriter at a K-Pop writing camp for HYBE.
Drawing inspiration from past experiences, her powerful lyrics pull listeners in with a new take on relationships. Her strong, smoky vocals are creatively showcased in her new single “Love Drunk” released April 2025.
