Soon after emerging onto the global pop scene , Calum Scott ascended to a level of fame achieved by few artists in the modern era. Since the arrival of his 5X platinum smash 'You Are The Reason” (from gold-certified 2018 debut Only Human), the British singer/songwriter has amassed more than 10 billion streams worldwide, including signature hits like triple-platinum, Brit Award-nominated cover of Robyn's “Dancing On My Own" & Brit-nominated multi-platinum “Where Are You Now" with Lost Frequencies.
Calum has captivated live audiences all over the world with his unforgettably powerful voice, including a 2024 US headline tour & stadiums across Asia & Europe as support for Ed Sheeran.
Referring to his new album Avenoir as “the album I needed to make,” Calum approached his third full-length with a fierce desire to share even more of his emotional experience. The follow-up to acclaimed 2022 LP Bridges feat. “Rise,” hailed by Rolling Stone as “one of the 50 Most inspirational LGBTQ Songs of All Time”—Avenoir finds Calum working with collaborators Jon “MAGS” Maguire and The Nocturns. Like all of his work to date, Avenoir finds Calum unlocking a tremendous amount of strength in his sensitivity. “I want people of all genders, of all identities, to feel like it’s okay to cry and be vulnerable. One of my main hopes for this album is that it will encourage people to reflect on their own lives: the good and the bad, the experiences that make us who we truly are.”
