Can Ates is a music producer who is trying to form his sound which is made of a blend of hip hop, lo-fi and ethnic music.
In 2006 he started his career as a beatmaker (affectionately known as Habs-i Nefes) for Dramelodi Project which became one of the most successful, productive, and a well-known component of the Turkish underground hip hop scene.
Can Ates is lately giving weight to his solo projects on mostly Lo-fi music. He recently released his first solo project Mombay which is a lo-fi instrumental ep. Besides he is working on a highly anticipated new Dramelodi Project album.
