Hey there!
We are Rasmus, Mathias, Simon & Frederik from CANVAS.
Our story began during high school, when we all met in Aalborg, Denmark. We shared a great interest in music and especially acts such as Nirvana, Mac Demarco, Radiohead, The Strokes and John Mayer were often listened to and discussed. We quickly became friends and started the band. With this, came the decision to create our own songs within this spectrum of rock, jangle pop, surf rock and indie we all enjoyed.
Years later we are now based in Aarhus and the friendship is still going strong. The new release of 'Youthfully Yours' is an homage to our story and to the journey of emerging adulthood. Check it out!
