Collaborating for more than a decade across multiple albums and over a thousand performances, Canyon Kids are persistent dudes. Core members, Elledge and Nichols, are multi-instrumentalist singer songwriters that met at a garage party in Jackson, WY in 2010.
A mountain town duo that morphed into a seven piece band and recorded four full length albums, Canyon Kids is sure to entertain with their killer harmonies, sentimental songwriting, and rocking guitars.
Their standout 2015 album “Best Loved Poems of the American People”, melds early 1900s poetry with rock & roll and was featured on NPR’s Here & Now.
Critically acclaimed acts Canyon Kids has shared the stage with include: Father John Misty, Lukas Nelson, Susto, White Denim, JJ Grey, Futurebirds, Hayes Carll, and The Infamous Stringdusters.
Bo and Dusty both ended up in Boise, ID after over a decade in Wyoming and are continuing to write new music and perform.
