Formed in the western edge of Chicagoland's old Capone territory, Cardinal Harbor takes inspiration from a wide set of influences including indie-rock, Americana, orchestral and punk. The lineup began taking it's final shape in the summer of 2015 as the band began to work on their most recent LP release "Euclid". The 8 songs on the album are a collection of sacred moments, contexts of intense memories, totems to the places and people that passed through as it was being assembled. The poly-fi record formed at the intersection of a bombastic yet consciously delicate sonic palette, which aims to be bold and present a sound that is distinctively it's own.
