Born Brandon Bershard Woodson on March 17, 1987, CareerTheBrain aka CTB, is a rapper originating from the Westside area of Detroit, Michigan. He’s a very unconventional rapper, employing multiple flows melodies and cadences thus he’s known for his individuality & live performances. His music is a breath of fresh air. He’s able to change Que, cadence, pitch & vocal tones during songs so every lyric keeps you indulged. No song is alike and every second verse is also different from the first cadence wise. Growing up in the metro area on the Westside of Detroit, CTB began listening to a cousin who had a hip-hop library of music that lived on the city’s eastside; In order for him to borrow music from that library his cousin Clinton Harris made him write raps. His young ears were exposed to music on a regular basis If you want to further describe him using today’s artist that are relevant, He’s a mixture of Drake, Tory Lanez, Future, Young Thug & Bryson Tiller with sing/rapping on Que with or without auto-tune, but has the lyricism of a Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolBoy Q or Kevin Gates. He has also written records that have made Billboard & charted the top 100, and has worked with the artists as named above.
