New single 'Faded Photographs' to be released on 20th November this year.
Carol Rockey has been singing from an early age. She recorded Friday in December in 1973. The recording was lost, but now has been digitally restored from old tape and was released in 2020. She has spent the last five years studying music theory and vocal techniques. She now resumes her career as a contemporary folk singer; for the last two lockdown years she has been busy recording her new album. HARTLAND is a breath of fresh air, with some of the best tunes of the late 1960s/early 70s together with some original new material from the writers of Big Chief Mkuja.
Carol has appeared as guest vocalist on a new album Maskerade released on 8th Dec 2021.
