Carolina Márquez is a Colombian/Italian electronic dance music singer, producer, songwriter and performer artist born in Bogotá, Colombia.

Her first notable musical success was S.E.X.O. S.E.X.O. The song became a pan-European club hit. Capitalizing on this success, she released her first dance album Más Música on Do It Yourself and on Virgin Italy record labels. The album included fifteen tracks that she had written, performed and produced.

In 2004, Carolina Márquez come back with an international super hit : The Killer's Song, based on the music of Twisted Nerve by composer G. Hermann, when it was used in the soundtrack of the film Kill Bill Vol. I by Quentin Tarantino. In 2005, a follow up: The Killer's Song Vol II, was released with remixes by well-known Euro DJs including one by The Disco Boys, a German electronic duo act. Mixes of the song were heavily played in Ibiza. EMI marketed the song in Latin America, and Ultra distributing it in the United States.

Carolina Márquez come back in 2013 with Sing La La La a derivation on Around the World (La La La La) by A Touch of Class (aka ATC). Carolina's version Feat. FloRida & Dale Saunders has became an international hit and get certificated gold in Italy.

Courmayeur (2020) is the Italian adaptation of “Sing La La La” certified platinum in Italy.

Sarà perché ti amo (2017) became Gold in Spain and Italy in 2025. The track was included in the last episode of the famous Netflix’ Serie Culpa Nuestra.
